Mild side effects like nausea may occur, with rare cardiac risks (monitor ECG). Contraindicated in allergic patients or severe liver/kidney issues, store away from children. Dosage (Follow medical advice and adjust by body weight)

• Adults: On day 1, take 4 tablets orally twice (e.g., 20mg artemether + 120mg lumefantrine per tablet), 8-12 hours apart; on days 2-5, take 4 tablets once daily, taken on an empty stomach or with food (swallow with adequate water).
• Children: Dosage is calculated by body weight, with a total daily dose of 8mg/kg artemether + 48mg/kg lumefantrine, administered over 3 days (twice on day 1, once daily thereafter). Refer to the package insert or follow medical advice.

Adverse Reactions
