Indications:
This product is mainly used for the treatment of acute or chronic, localized or systemic primary fibrinolysis caused by various bleeding, this product can also be used:
1. Trauma or surgical bleeding of plasminogen activator in prostate, urethra, lung, brain, uterus, adrenal gland, thyroid gland and other organs;
2. Used as an antagonist of tissue plasminogen activator (T-PA) streptokinase and urokinase;
3. Induced abortion, early placental abruption, stillbirth and amniotic fluid embolism caused by fibrinolytic bleeding, and pathologic intrauterine local increased fibrinolytic menorrhagia;
4. Used to prevent or reduce bleeding after tooth extraction or oral surgery for hemophiliacs lacking factor;
5. Mild bleeding caused by central nervous diseases, such as subarachnoid hemorrhage and intracranial aneurysm hemorrhage, hemostasis using this product is superior to other anti-fibrinolytic drugs, but the risk of complicated cerebral edema or cerebral infarction must be paid attention to; For severe patients with surgical indications, this product can only be used as an adjuvant;
6. For the treatment of hereditary angoneeurotic edema, can reduce the frequency and severity of its attack;
7. Hemophilia patients with active bleeding can be combined with this drug.
Pulse injection or infusion, 0.25 ~ 0.5g, 0.75 ~ 2g a day. In order to prevent bleeding before and after surgery, the dose mentioned above can be referred to. In order to treat bleeding caused by primary fibrinolysis, the dose can be increased as appropriate.
Interaction:
1. Incompatibility with penicillin, urokinase and other suppositories or blood infusion;
2. The combination of oral contraceptives, estrogen or prothrombin complex with this product may increase the risk of thrombosis.
